Taking Our Art On Tour
Yesterday we attended our first ever art fair and we’re happy to report that Waterford welcomed us with open arms! Art 2 Wow hosted this art fair at the Granville Hotel and it was very well supported all day. Talks from guest speaker Dr. Nadia Ramoutar were of great interest to visitors and we were fortunate to meet some lovely artists and creative minds from around the region. Reactions and comments to our work from a brand new audience reassured us that our market is wider than our current base.
We’ve had many wonderful discussions and enjoyable encounters with numerous clients since the opening of our gallery. From these enlightening experiences, it is clear to us that the people of this world are very drawn to water and even more so to the rugged beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way.
We have a deep appreciation for the innumerable queries from our potential customers who want to know if our work is available for viewing outside of Kerry. Understandably many of you don’t have the time to make the journey to visit our gallery. Don’t worry! Your requests have not gone unnoticed and we have spent a great deal of our time putting plans in place to take our artwork on tour both nationally and internationally.
Our plans are to meet all clients, interior designers, and art-collectors by attending the major and regional art and trade shows. Face to face contact is key to explain what our work represents. Many Interior designers and homeowners are finding us through referrals. We are filled with gratitude to currently be working on both bigger and smaller projects for clients that love our abstract artworks just as much as we do. We have never been busier with private consultations conducted at our clients’ homes. Please feel free to get in touch with us regardless of the project size. We work using design programs that allow us to showcase a piece of art hanging in any type of room. However, images of your own home can also be digitally displayed with our artwork virtually hanging on your very own walls to make it personal to you.

With all of the above plans being put into place for 2019 ( I’m a big vision board person), we got a call from our landlord to discuss our gallery space at 21 High Street. The long and short of it is that he needs to take the space himself for his own business and we have to find another location. The initial shock of having our plans swept from under our feet and panic of where we can find the perfect gallery in Killarney have now subsided. After some great consideration and late night discussions around the kitchen table, we decided it was a sign that we definitely need to take our work on tour! We have never been more excited to follow this journey to wherever it will lead us.
To all our amazing clients that visited and supported our gallery and have our work in their homes, hotels and offices, thank you so much. To all of our clients who have vouchers or deposits on pieces, you can contact us at any time to make an appointment and we will be in touch personally in the coming week with some of you.
We hope you guys continue to support us and spread the word that we have relocated to our home gallery.
